Perfect location

The property has an excellent location, and very nice rooms. The fast wifi is a great resource. There's room for improvement - the included breakfast was pretty poor quality and a "take it of leave it' affair without choices. Coffee was served in lukewarm in a thermos, without a cup accompanying it, and the towels looked overused (but cleanly laundered). With a bit more care it would be outstanding for business visitors.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were clean, there were several areas that need improvement: Limited Parking – Only five parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you leave and the slots are full, you must park on the roadside, which is unsafe. Restricted Hot Water Availability – Hot water is only provided between 5 AM and 11 AM. No In-Room Kettle – Tea and coffee are available only after 7 AM, as no kettle is provided in the room. Plumbing Issues – The washbasin sink was clogged. Inconvenient WC Jet Placement – The WC jet is on the left side, which is not ideal for Indian users. Drinking Water Bottle Size – The complimentary drinking water bottle should be of standard size. Ineffective Air Conditioning – The AC is placed in a corner with no proper airflow towards the bed, making cooling ineffective. Unfulfilled Room Preference – Despite booking 15 days in advance and requesting a high-floor room, our request was not honored. No Dining Area – There is no cafeteria or dining area; all meals are served in the room. If you are more than two people, it becomes difficult to enjoy meals together. Overall, while the cleanliness was satisfactory, the lack of essential facilities and service shortcomings made the stay less comfortable than expected.
